What is Dolphi?
Dolphi is a weekly marketing platform for Australian small businesses. You give it a brief — what you want to promote, who you're targeting, and what channels you want — and it generates a complete campaign: email, blog, social posts, and Google Business updates. You review and approve, then it goes out.
Who is Dolphi for?
Dolphi is built for Australian small businesses with 1–20 employees who want consistent, professional marketing without hiring a full-time marketer. It works particularly well for tradies, professional services, retail, and hospitality businesses.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are generating their first campaign within 10 minutes of signing up. The onboarding wizard walks you through connecting your business details, brand voice, and channels.
Plans and Pricing
What plans are available?
Dolphi offers three plans: Starter (free, 1 campaign/month), Growth ($79 AUD/month, 4 campaigns/month with all channels), and Pro ($199 AUD/month, unlimited campaigns with priority support). All prices include GST.
Can I try Dolphi before paying?
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever and includes one campaign per month. You can upgrade at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you two months free (equivalent to a 17% discount). You can switch to annual billing from your account settings.
Campaigns
What channels does Dolphi support?
Dolphi generates content for email, blog, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X), Google Business Profile, and Google/Meta ads. The channels available depend on your plan.
How does the approval process work?
After generation, you review each piece of content in the campaign dashboard. You can approve, edit, or flag individual pieces. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Can I edit the generated content?
Yes. Every piece of content is fully editable before approval. You can also regenerate individual pieces if you want a different angle.
Data and Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All Dolphi data is stored in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney). We do not transfer your data outside Australia except where you explicitly connect third-party integrations.
Is Dolphi compliant with the Australian Privacy Act?
Yes. Dolphi is designed to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Spam Act 2003. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can reach our support team via the in-app chat, by email at support@dolphi.com.au, or through the contact page. Growth and Pro plan customers receive priority support with faster response times.
Do you offer onboarding assistance?
Pro plan customers receive a 30-minute onboarding call with a Dolphi team member. All customers have access to our documentation and video tutorials.
